First off the needles in 2012

Nice and easy, simple fingerless gloves as part of a rpesent for a special friend :)

The wool is Bergere du Nord, first time I've knitted with it; found it nice to knit with, although it does contain acrylic, but I think mans' glvoes need to be washed easily, so thought this would be fine. I like the one row contrast at the cuff, sets them off well I think.

    Thankyou :) I'm a great fan of thin bands of colour around hems and edges, gives it a bit of quirk I think :) lol
